Chimes Class Theory Time #3, Wallace/Rathau; Chimes Class Book. This class focuses on note names and note recognition in both treble and bass clef. There is a strong emphasis on counting while reading pitches. Students who have matered the Reading Notes/Rhythms classes will attend. Parents must attend class with their student and help with chimes set-up and take-down. |

Speed Reading/Composing Theory Time #4, Wallace/Rathau. This non-instrumental class will focus on quick note identification and interval recognition. Students will be introduced to composing music. |

Orchestral Reading 1 Essential Elements, Allen, Gillespie, Hayes; Theory Time #4, Wallace/Rathau. String and flute instrument students will work on orchestral reading skills. Focus is on ensemble playing with a Conductor. |
